Webhook Overview
The Webhook allows you to subscribe to events happening in Poetic. When one of those events is triggered, rather than making an API call, Poetic can send an HTTP POST request to an endpoint you configure. Webhook can be more scalable than regularly polling for changes, especially for applications with a large install base.
Poetic Webhook notify you when a specific event is happened to tell you what's happened so that you can take necessary action. For example, it will let you know the moment an entitlement, company, or user is created, updated, or disabled.
